She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Richters and Vera Richters (Hafner); her husband Lloyd D. Lanik; and her brother Roy Richters Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Roy Lanik and Glenda Jean Lanik (Gerald Whelan Jr.); her granddaughter Rachel Lanik Whelan (Richard Viglucci); her sister Joan Fiala; and her nieces and nephews, Roy Richters Jr. (Cristy), Lisa Searles, Amber Hoban (Jake), Diane Rauh (Stuart), James Anctil (Robin), Tracy Anctil, Mark Mandelko (Pat), Mike Mandelko (Patti), Janae McCormick (Kerry), Tim Lanik (Cindy), Teri West (Doug), Bruce Lanik, Bob Lanik (Sherri), John Lanik (Alison) and Jim Lanik (Andrea). She is also survived by many other relatives, students and friends.
