With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Judy Piper (Wahoo, Nebraska), born in Missoula, Montana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Daughtery and William "Elmer" Daughtery; and her adoptive father Orville Hendrickson. She is survived by : her husband Ronald "Gene" Piper; her children, Ronnie, David and Kerri Harris (Gene); her daughter-in-law Dawn Felix; her sister Marcia Kelly of Missoula, MT; her siblings-in-law, Howard Piper of Columbia Falls, MT and Janice Buzzell (DeWayne) of Cottage Grove, OR; her stepbrother Dan; her grandchildren, JB Harris, Cortny Garmong (Brad), Brianne Gerron, Holly Verkamp (Ryan) and Karley Chilombo; her siblings-in-law, Henry Large, Jim Kelly and Ruth Piper; her stepsister Wiletta Bocksnick (Gene); her mother-in-law Mildred Loveall (Don); and her nieces, Patty Piper and Christine Vaux. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and special friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (981 W 15th St, Wahoo, NE 68066). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
