He is survived by: his spouse Sydney Clemens; his children, Kristin Jenkins of Lyons, NE and Roger Kruse (Cheryl) of Oakland, NE; his grandchildren, Kyle Kruse (Cait), Jacque Hausinger (Michael), Abbey Defendorf (Alex) and Luke Jenkins (Alex); his great grandchildren, Phiona, Kadence, Kyran, Emersyn, Olivia and Clay; his stepdaughter Sissy Radecki (Marty); Janie Jones. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oakland Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (201 N Davis Ave, Oakland, NE 68045).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Pender Community Health Foundation Endowment, Oakland Heights and Assisted Living, or St. Croix Hospice, Fremont, NE.
