He is survived by: his children, Zachary James Wynn of Houston, Amanda Christen Carter (Deantione) of Houston and Andrew Scott Wynn of Houston, Texas.; his granddaughter Chloe Noelle Carter; and his siblings, John Wynn of Corning, Kimberly Pegg (Brett) of Prescott and Debra James (Kyle) of Blue Mound, Illinois.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
