He is survived by : his significant other Terri Donaldson-Willets; his daughter Martha; his sister Lorraine Evans of Sterling, Colorado; his children, LuAnn Rector (Rodney) of Wauneta, Nebraska, Kiley Evans (Suzy) of Laramie, Wyoming and Scott Evans (Julie) of McCook, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Ayla Smith (Frank), Cameo (Jared) and Duncan; and his close friend Patricia LaDuke.
