She is survived by : her spouse Gene B. Harchelroad; her children, Debra Kemp (James) of St. Louis and Brian (Michelle) of Wauneta; her daughter-in-law Carol Harchelroad of Imperial; her grandchildren, Dillon, Danielle, Dustin, Amanda, Philip, Patrick, Dawnta, Sydnee and Dalton; her great grandchildren, Beau, Norah, Asher, Avery, Andy, Shane, Tatum and Rose; her sisters, Shirley Hudson (Neal), Donna Jesch (Bud), Eula Carroll (late Bill), Dorothy Birks (Keith) and Beverly Dailey (Neal); her sister-in-law Sandra Williamson (late Bill); and her daughter-in-law Renea Hill.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been suggested in Wilva's memory to the Wauneta Community Foundation Fund.
