He is survived by: his mother Leslie M. Botts; his brothers, Joseph Flavigny Jr. and Terrance J. Botts; his grandmother Betty Wilson; his aunts and uncles, Yvonne Botts, Rochelle "Tweety" Finney, Tania Finney, Bobbie Finney, Charlie Botts, Raymond Wilson and Rodney Wilson; and his siblings' children, Joey Flavigny, Darian Flavigny and Ari Flavigny.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he served faithfully as Policy & Training Coordinator at Horne, providing structure, guidance, and compassion during a time of global uncertainty.
