She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Tech and Lillian Tech (Pochop); her stepfather Louie Zautke; her husband Leroy Middleton; her sons, Ricky and Randy; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Tech and Ray Koch.

She is survived by : her children, Gail Jaeger (Dan) of Winside, Pam McCall (David) of Phoenix, AZ and Mark Middleton (Mary) of Urbandale, IA; and her siblings, Marjorie Koch of Columbus, Robert Tech of Punkin Center, AZ and Kenneth Tech (Marty) of Norfolk. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
