She is survived by: her son BJ Monson of Nebraska City; her grandchildren, Piper, Xander and Cyrus; her children, Lee Monson of Lincoln and Maggie Monson of Lincoln; and her siblings, Nickie Bigley of Omaha, Robert McLean (Rita) of Wayne and Valerie Dorcey (Bill) of Laramie, Wyoming. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Coop (121 N Pearl St, Wayne, NE 68787).
