He was predeceased by: his father Dr. William A. Koeber, Sr. (Norma); his parents-in-law, Herb and Joyce Niemann (Stanley); and his brother Charles Koeber. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Niemann; his children, Todd Koeber (Miles) of Lincoln and Kayla Dunlap (Alayna) of Bellevue; his brothers, Rev. William A. Koeber Jr. (Valerie) of Wayne and Phillip Koeber (Rob) of New York, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Monte Niemann (Katie), Scott Niemann (Marilyn), Shaun Niemann (Earla) and Cinda Koeber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was honored in the fall of 2022 with the Wayne State College Alumni Service award after serving his community and the Wayne State College Foundation for over 30 years.
