He is survived by: his wife Emily Schulz; his sons, Rick (Mindy), Kierah (Kash), Dan (Amy), August (Abigail) and Nick of Wayne; his siblings, Dee Witek of Rhode Island, Vince Haase (Kris) of Neola, IA and Steve Haase (Stephanie) of Norfolk; and his sisters-in-law, LaRene Miller of Wayne and Irma Schulz of Lincoln.
