She is survived by: her husband Nick; her daughters, Leanne Westphal of Lincoln, Katelyn Van Horn (Kaleb) of Wayne and Mandy Jo Van Horn (Jamison) of Wayne; her stepson Austin Vanhorn (Savannah) of Elgin; her parents, Michael Westphal and Vicky Westphal of Gettysburg, SD; her great-grandparent Lynne Nygaard of Estelline, SD; her sister Jessica Larson (Doug) of Gettysburg, SD; her niece Delanie Warmbein (Dom); her great-nieces, Maevalyn of Springfield, SD, Emilie Heilman (Tyler) of Bath, SD and Abbie Larson (Bryce) of Sioux Falls, SD; her sister Amy Tolsma (Jeff) of Avon, SD; her nephews, Chapin, Cameron, Cale and Charlie Cooper of Avon, SD; her brother Adam Westphal of Rapid City, SD; her nephew Teghan; her niece Nevaeh Westphal of Onida, SD; and her mother-in-law Phyllis VanHorn of Kansas.
