It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil P. Woodka of West Point, Nebraska, who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil P. Woodka to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Woodka and Lottie Woodka (Young); and his siblings, Thelma, Selma Woodka, Alica Woodka, Mabel Smith, Clifford Woodka, Norma Lykins and Ellen Schouten.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Wisch; his children, Dawn Lubker (Joel) and Clay Woodka; his grandson Max Lubker (Nichole); his daughter Jasmine Holmes (David); his great grandchildren, Colton Howard, Logan and Liam Lubker; and his grandchildren, Jaxen and Maverick Holmes.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Stokely Funeral Home (121 E Park St, West Point, NE 68788).
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
