He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Reicks and Rose Reicks (Beckman); his wife Suzann Furstenau; his daughter Carrie Essink; and his brothers, Jim and Bob.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Reicks of Omaha; his grandchildren, Kyler, Sena and Jack Essink; his siblings, Ed Reicks (Joyce) and Karen Esch (Kevin); his sister-in-law Bev Reicks; and his son-in-law Brandon Essink. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
