He was predeceased by : his father William Schlecht; and his brother-in-law Jeff Beune. He is survived by : his mother Marcella Schlecht (Johnson) of West Point; his sister Cyndy Beune (Robert Marksmeier) of West Point; his niece Diana Koger (Dan, family: Amy Heller); and his nephew Kevin Beune. He is also survived by family, Amy (Ben) Heller and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Hope Cemetery.
