Bill Short wrote a sympathy message

“In loving memory of Kim Nelson, With deepest sympathies. He was one of my very best friends in our high school years. I had him in my Wedding party. We did so much together during those years with football, classes and just hanging around. This shows how wonderful of a person he was. For me to have such great memories, years after our high school days. RIP my dear FRIEND!!!”
