He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Saner and Eileen Saner (Andresen); his stepfather Arnold Meyer; his brother-in-law Wayne Brooks; and his stepsiblings, Gail Meyer and Shirley Ann Jacobsen.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Tammy Deeter (Chris) of Lincoln, Beth Maria Kenow (Pete) of Seward and Michael (Gwen) of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Rachel Nullmeyer (Mike), Alex Deeter (Kim), Nicholas Deeter (Dana), Emelia Kint (Mike), Maria Ryan (Logan), Molly McWilliams (Joseph), Victoria Kenow, Terry Kenow (Kayla), Erich Kenow (Kaitlyn), Samuel Saner (Ashleigh), David Saner, Isla, Kyle, Luke, Lois, Naomi, Josie, Emmitt, Gus, Finnlee, Harvey, Calvin, Scottie Jo, Kinley, Bremer, Eloise, Daniel, Ezekiel, Presley, Lazarus and William; his sister Mary Ann Brooks of Omaha; and his stepbrother Larry Meyer.
