Slama (Kayla) and Telisha Carnes (Bobby); his grandchildren, Joe, Royce Slama, Vera Slama Schwisow and Silas Carnes; his siblings, Leon Slama (Wanda), Roger Slama (Nancy Wurst) and Mary Ann Rezac (Joe Houska); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Slama (Robert) and Sharon Slama (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends & neighbors.
