It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cheri Leah Mager of Wilber, Nebraska, born in Crete, Nebraska, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Brian Mager; her parents, Norman Fritz and Willa Deen Fritz; her parents-in-law, Ed and Marguerite Mager; and her sister-in-law Linda Mager.

She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughter Jessica Damrow (Derrick); her grandsons, Brevin and Pierce Damrow; her siblings, Russell Fritz (Susan) and Jill Chaloupka (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Mager (Audrey) and Janey Rowell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear cousins, and a community of extended family.
