She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Schachenmeyer and Velma Schachenmeyer (Schlichtemeier); her son-in-law Bob Oliver; her great grandchild Brewer Dredge; her brother Larry Schachenmeyer; her parents-in-law, Henry and Louise Riechers; and her siblings-in-law, Harold and Arydth Riechers.
She is survived by: her husband John Riechers of Wilber; her children, Kim Brummett (Jim), Tim Riechers (Kris), Paul Riechers (Ann) and Rachel Oliver; her sister Judy Bergmeyer (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Jo Carol Schachenmeyer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church of Clatonia (11412 NE-41, Clatonia, NE 68328).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
