He was predeceased by: his parents, Werner Arthur and Vera Marie Mann (Kittle); his nephew Brian Westfall; his brother-in-law Don Nelson; his parents-in-law, Hilbert and Bernita Neitzke; and his in-laws, Larry and Jeanine Neitzke.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Neitzke; his children, Chris Mann (Brooke) of Winside and Kacy Pelowski (George Bowman) of Norfolk; and his sisters, Dianne Schworer (Dennis) of Bellevue and Donna Nelson of Winside. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
