He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee "Butch" Bruhn and Jolene Bruhn (O'Brien); his grandparents, Homer, Mae Bruhn, Harold and Mary O'Brien; his cousin Ed O'Brien; his aunt Reva O'Brien; and his pet Homer.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Alison Bruha; his close friend Scott Sahling (Mary); his family, Gail Struebing and Chris Callahan (Denise); his uncle Jim O'Brien; his cousins, Tonia Luschei (Tim) and Denise O'Brien; and his sister Cheryl Husack (Glen). He is also survived by children; his second family.
