He was predeceased by: his father Terry Jack; and his pet Keo. He is survived by: his wife Marilou; his daughters, Caitlyn Jack of Denver and Cara White (Patrick) of Lincoln; his mother Vicki Jack of Helena, MT; his sister Rebecca Jack of Helena, MT; and his pet Kingsley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
