She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Speed and Dessie Lawrence Speed; and her husband Elmer Dorn. She is survived by: her children, Robert Kunath (Rebecca) of Lincoln, Gerald Kunath of Costa Rica, William Kunath of Wymore, Sandra Rathe (William) of Lincoln, Linda Kay Spillers (John) of Farmerville, LA and Patricia Pinson (Terry) of Red Oak, TX; and her stepchildren, Bruce Dorn (Glenna) of Beatrice, Darrell Dorn of Phoenix, Dennis Dorn of St. Joseph, MO, Patricia Nieman (Jon) of Iowa and Pamela Schrader (Mark) of Florida. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established to the family's choice.
