She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Forke and Sophia Forke (Short); and her stepfather Leo Witcofski. She is survived by: her husband James Witcofski; and her children, Rhonda Sunderman (Chad) of Omaha, Roger Witcofski (Kellie) of Gering and Ryan Witcofski (Erin) of South Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 2 sisters.
