Connie Shockey Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Connie Shockey of York, Nebraska. Connie, born on March 9, 1946, passed away on July 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bolte and Verna Bolte (Blum); her husband Glen R. Shockey; her grandparents, Herbert, Bertha Blum, Henry and Marie Bolte; her brother Myron Bolte (Dee); her brother-in-law Mike Bristol; and her niece Brenda Peterson.

She is survived by: her children, Russell Shockey (Rebecca) of York and Deanne Hamilton (Adam) of Lincoln; her sister Mary Ann Bristol of York; her grandchildren, Alex Shockey (Angel) of Colorado Springs, CO, Shane Shockey of Waco, NE, Madison Shockey of York, Jacob Boschult of Fremont, NE, Antonia Boschult of York, Mariah Hamilton of Lincoln and Caleb Hamilton of Lincoln; her great grandchild Aria Luna Kay Shockey of Colorado Springs; and her friend Jill Miller.
