He is survived by : his wife Julie (Julie); his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Brandon Lehman; his grandchildren, John, Caleb and Anna Lehman; his son Eric; his daughter-in-law Lisa Rasmussen; his sister Susan (Cliff Jewell); his niece Lora; his nephew Travis; his sister-in-law Marilyn Kostin (John); his nieces, Kate, Paula, Anna and Lisa; his nephew David; his sister-in-law Evelyn; his nephews, Jim and Jeff; his niece Judy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauree, Doug, Chris and Michelle; his brother-in-law Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Deb and Megan.
