He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Hying and Joanna Hying (Fecht); and his wife Karen R. Norseen. He is survived by: his sons, Karl (Laura) of Kansas City, MO, Kirk (Michelle) of York, Joel (Brittany) of Lincoln, NE and Brian (Claire) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Gavin, Abbie, Logan, Molly, Miles, Marcy, Micah, Colin and Kelsey; and his siblings, Mark (Cathy) of Minneapolis, MN, Paul (Diana) of Green Bay, WI, Harry (Laurie) of Dodgeville, WI, Anne Bakken (Endre) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary Killian (Paul) of Green Bay, WI and Ruth Douthitt (Craig) of Green Bay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
