He is survived by : his wife Maria Banda of York; his children, Norah Hernandez Banda of York, Giselle Hernandez Banda (Daniel Castañeda) of Sutton, NE, Victor Hernandez Banda of York and David Hernandez Banda of York; and his siblings, Melquiadez Hernandez (Maricela Munguia), Sara Hernandez (Tomas Flores) and Maria Teresa Hernandez.
