It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma R. Cornwell of York, Nebraska, born in Clarks, Nebraska, who passed away on February 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Church and Marie Church (Dickman); her husband Leslie Cornwell; and her siblings, Ron, Harold, Dean, Milford, Melvin, Forrest, Arnold, Betty Gulbrandson, Blanche Shively, Faye Greger and Berneice Plumtree.
She is survived by : her sisters, Donna Reisener of Central City, NE, Alice Faeh (Denny) of Central City, NE, Sharon Lambert (Art) of Stromsburg, NE and Twyla Mingus (Dale Walford) of York, NE; her stepchildren, Bill Cornwell of Grand Island, NE, Kent Cornwell of Marquette, NE, Tom Cornwell (Liz) of Aurora, NE and Anne Colburn (Kenny) of Giltner, NE; her stepgrandchildren, Brett Colburn, Kara Vincent, Levi, Brock Cornwell, Stacey Forbis and Casey Cornwell (Taylor); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Church and Virginia Church. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
