He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Arin Bayly (Jeremy) of Council Bluffs, IA and Carston Staehr (Rachelle) of York; his granddaughter Prescott; his sister Linda Wilton (Daryl) of Arizona; his nephew Ben Wilton; his great-nieces, Edie and Louise Wilton of Omaha; his niece Jennifer (Jeff); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emilee and Caitlyn McKenzie of Arizona; his sister Kathy Pruitt (Rex); his niece Reagan Pruitt of North Carolina; his sister Renee Brennan (Ron) of Virginia; his nieces, Ellen Goodyear (Charlie) of Virginia, Ruby of Virginia and Georgia Brennan of Virginia; his mother-in-law Shirley Pederson of Goehner; and his siblings-in-law, Shelly Troyer (Tim) of Milford, Tammie Rieger (Chris) of Utica and Alan Pederson (Rhonda) of Omaha. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, a long list of friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (806 N Beaver Ave, York, NE 68467). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
