He is survived by: his daughter Ginnie Mann (Travis Ackerman) of Benedict, NE; his grandsons, Dalton Ekeler of York and Levi Ekeler of York; his daughters, Katelin Friesen (Dustan) and Waylan Friesen of Seward, NE; and his sister Lavera Schiermeyer (Stanley) of Fairbury, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
