It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Hammer (York, Nebraska), who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Hammer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Schlegel and Anna Schlegel (Cuda); her former life partner Lee Adams of Osceola, NE; her husband Alvin Hammer of Singer Island, FL.; and her sister Joann Taylor of Indiantown, FL..

She is survived by : her sons, Greg Adams (Julie) of York and Scott Adams of Hygiene, CO.; and her brother Bill Schlegel of Gallatin, TN.. She is also survived by her sons, eleven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
