She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Blaha and Christina Blaha; her sister Marlene Blaha; her husband Robert Downey; and her siblings, Clayton Blaha, Elna Blaha Torres and Lucille Blaha Crehan.
She is survived by: her children, Rod (Anne Downey), Dan (Dawn Downey) and Kathy (Jay King); her sister-in-law Charlotte Cason of Madison, FL.; and her grandchildren, Nikky (Cory Pierce), Cody (Chantell Downey), Jennifer (Seth Hofstetter), April (Jason Mullally), Lindsey Downey, Brandi (Clay Brunson), Autumn (Bruce Bradbury), Brooke (Bud Davis) and Casey (Travis Barnes). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
