He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dearing (Bill) and Irma Dearing (Joy). He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Susan Barnett) and Robin Dearing (Jason Noordman); his stepchildren, Geoff (Jill Cooper), Jacquie and Pauline Ripat (Darren Osadchuk); his grandchildren, Ben, Maureen, Emma, Sam, Brandon, Kieran, Nicholas and Alex; and his nieces, Janet, Jean Matzner and Julie Hoffman.
