He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Kociemba and Rose Kociemba (Roy) of Ogallala, Nebraska.; and his sister Mary Ann Lawson (Kociemba) of Kearney, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Seaman (Robert Seaman) of Castle Rock, Ellen Werner (Marvin Werner) of Denver and Thomas Kociemba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
