She was predeceased by : her parents, Milo Slezak and JoAnn Slezak (Lottes); her husband Roland; and her sister Beverly. She is survived by : her son Darren Hromadka of Lincoln, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Alexis Hoff (Jason) of York, Nebraska, Carston and Crew Hromadka of Lincoln, Nebraska; her great grandchild Lakelynn Jo Hoff of York, Nebraska; and her brothers, Mike Slezak (Risa) of York and Mark Slezak (Cheryl) of Geneva, Nebraska.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
