He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Powley and Ethel Powley; his wife Twilla Powley; his son David Powley; and his brothers, Robert and William Powley.
He is survived by: his children, Richard, Christopher Powley (Angela) and Tammy Trost (Terry); and his sisters-in-law, Jo and Sue Powley. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
