She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Konopik and Wilma Konopik (Lapacek); her husband Victor Humlicek; her parents-in-law, Frank and Emma Humlicek; and her brothers, Edward and Marvin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Crouse (Glenn) and Angela Pfeiffer (Don); her grandchildren, Kayla Crouse-Miller (Casey), Philip Crouse, Andrew, Michael and Daniel Pfeiffer; her sister Darlene Mastera; and her sisters-in-law, Yoko Konopik, Joyce Konopik and Rita Humlicek.
