He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Romans (Jack) and Glea Romans (Porter); his son Jeffrey; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jablonski (Jackie); his children, David (Karen), Scott (Michelle) and Alison Conley (Scott); his daughter-in-law Sara Romans; and his sisters, Gay Romans and Carolyn Glover. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church or to the Family for Later Designation.
