He was predeceased by: his parents, John McAteer and Bridget McAteer. He is survived by: his friends, Steve and Dave; his wife Kathleen McAteer; his son John; his daughter-in-law Miranda; his grandchildren, William and Eliza; his sister Margaret Cifuni (Joe); and his niece Bridget. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Katharine Drexel Parish (40 Hidden Springs Rd, Alton, NH 03809). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Riverview Cemetery (95 S Main St, Wolfeboro, NH 03894).
