He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Thomas McGovern and Margaret McGovern (Kinsella); his brothers, Michael and Martin McGovern; his wife Pamela McGovern (Dupuis) of Amherst, NH; his son Jeffrey T. McGovern (Madeleine Wells-Bogue) of Amherst, NH; his siblings, Susan Dove (Nicholas Dove) of Bermuda, John McGovern (Arlene McGovern) of Thornton, NH, Mary Anne Quinn (Jeremy Quinn) of Hamilton, MA, Christopher McGovern (Patricia McGovern) of Hampstead, NH and David McGovern (Laura McGovern) of Reading, MA; and his sister-in-law Elaine McGovern of Belmont, MA. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
