She is survived by: her parents, Glenn Fielders and Sheryl Fielders (Sullivan); her grandfather Eugene Fielders; her uncles, Parris Fielders, Michael Sullivan and Lee Woodworth; her aunt Pamela Woodworth (Fielders); and her cousins, Brandon, Ashley, Sean, Brianna Sullivan, Therron, Jordan, Patrick, Daniel Fielders, Jessica and Shawn Woodworth.
