She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Warren and Gertrude Warren; her siblings, Donald, John, James, Joel and Martha; her son James Flaherty IV; Dorothy Cormier.
She is survived by: her children, Scott, Diana Flaherty, Julie, Rob Sarbieski, Sharon and John Dostie; her grandson Joel Flaherty; her daughter-in-law Pamela; and her grandchildren, James V, Jonathan, Stephanie, Bret, Matthew, Eric and Jenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the American Cancer Society.
