She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandra "Sandy" Lemieux and Forrest "Sonny" Sell; her husband Russell Rowell; and her brothers, Tiger, Timmy Sell, Tommy Sell and Joseph Sell.
She is survived by: her brother Forrest "Jimmy" Sell (Alicia); and her children, Kathleen Finnigan (Andrew), Joseph Fraser (April), Jenny Sell (Gary), Kate Royce and Matthew Royce (Emily). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104).
