He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin E. Locke and Christina L. Locke; and his sister Audrey Locke. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane (Kelley); his children, Deborah (Nate Page), Franklin W. Locke Jr., Hailey (Aaron Hillsgrove) and Lacey (Grady Murphy); and his siblings, Ronald (Debra Locke), Terry (Debra Locke), Mareen (Herbert Brown), Marchelle (Herbert Brown) and Angela Moore Locke.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church.
