She was predeceased by: her father James "Skippy" R. Danahy; and her brothers, Shawn and Shane Danahy. She is survived by: her mother Frances M. Danahy (Guilmette); her husband Jack Genakos; her sons, John Genakos (Megan) and Shane Genakos (Vay Dam); her grandchildren, John Francis "Ranger" Genakos and Reeves Danahy Genakos; her siblings, Dawn Giarusso (Bill), Fran Lesaffre (Chris), James Danahy (Robin) and Kyle Danahy (April); her sister-in-law Faith Danahy; and her friend George Garabedian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
