He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Cassidy and Ruby Cassidy; his wife Eva Cassidy; and his son John Cassidy. He is survived by: his siblings, Alba, Chubby and Norma; his daughter Christina (Timothy Heald) of Pepperell, MA; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Bryan, David, Jordan, Justine, Spencer and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Paityn, Chase, Breken, Leah, Stella, Vice, Mason, Vivian, Jackson, Oliver and Declan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Carpino Funeral Home (750 Main St S, Southbury, CT 06488). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
