He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sipe and Kathryn Sipe (Sailor); and his brother Eugene Sipe. He is survived by: his son-in-law Skip; his wife Sandy Rae Sipe (Beatty); his daughters, Tami Kammer (Lowrey Kammer) and Lisa Sipe; his grandchildren, Leonardo Cuellar (Jennifer), Christopher Cuellar (Ivon) and Erika Sipe; and his great grandchild Anna Daniela Cuellar.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Nh State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
