He was predeceased by: his parents, Irven Cooper and Helen Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Cooper; his daughters, Rachel McDowell (Scotty McDowell), Katie Canney (David Canney) and Julie Henry (Matt Henry); his siblings, Joyce Snyder and Brian Cooper; and his grandchildren, Cameron, David, Theresa, Grace, Harper, Alice, Abe and Ruby. He is also survived by his family, friends, animals.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local animal shelters or the Alzheimer's Association in Jeffrey's memory.
